HR Manager – Szeged Office (On-site)

We are looking for an HR Manager to join our stable and reliable company in our Szeged office. We are seeking someone who values personal connections within the team and appreciates a supportive, people-centered work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle (job profiling, job postings, interviews, and offer management)
  • Design and oversee onboarding processes
  • Develop and improve HR processes (performance evaluation systems, internal communication, employer branding)
  • Support the employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding
  • Liaise with managers, provide HR advisory, and make recommendations
  • Coordinate HR administration (contracts, records, alignment with payroll)

What We’re Looking For

  • Relevant experience in HR (HR Generalist / HR Business Partner / HR Manager roles)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work independently while being a collaborative team player
  • Preference for on-site presence and working closely with the team rather than fully remote HR operations
  • Systems thinking combined with a hands-on approach to daily operational tasks
  • Active English language skills
