HR Manager – Szeged Office (On-site)
We are looking for an HR Manager to join our stable and reliable company in our Szeged office. We are seeking someone who values personal connections within the team and appreciates a supportive, people-centered work environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle (job profiling, job postings, interviews, and offer management)
- Design and oversee onboarding processes
- Develop and improve HR processes (performance evaluation systems, internal communication, employer branding)
- Support the employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding
- Liaise with managers, provide HR advisory, and make recommendations
- Coordinate HR administration (contracts, records, alignment with payroll)
What We’re Looking For
- Relevant experience in HR (HR Generalist / HR Business Partner / HR Manager roles)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently while being a collaborative team player
- Preference for on-site presence and working closely with the team rather than fully remote HR operations
- Systems thinking combined with a hands-on approach to daily operational tasks
- Active English language skills
