Marketing Manager
We are looking for an experienced, strategic Marketing Manager who can plan, lead and continuously optimize our marketing activities end-to-end.The ideal candidate feels confident managing digital campaigns and makes data-driven decisions to maximize performance and ROI.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the annual marketing strategy and campaign plans
- Optimize campaigns with a performance-driven mindset, managing budget allocation and ROI
- Build and oversee lead generation and marketing automation processes
- Improve website and landing page performance (UX, conversion, funnel optimization)
- Measure campaign and channel performance and create dashboards and management reports
- Monitor market trends, customer insights and competitor activities
- Support content strategy (newsletters, blog, social media)
- Coordinate external agencies, media partners and internal stakeholders
- Ensure proper marketing administration and GDPR/ISO compliance
Requirements:
- 4–6+ years of marketing experience
- Experience in both strategic and operational marketing
- Strong knowledge of digital platforms (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager)
- Analytical mindset and KPI-based decision making
- Experience with GA4 and tracking solutions (UTM, Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager)
- Experience with marketing automation and website management
- Excellent written communication in Hungarian and English
- Basic graphic and video editing skills (Canva, Adobe)
- Proactive attitude, strong project management skills
- Structured thinking and precise administration
Nice to have experience in:
- the IT / technology industry
- CRM systems
- Marketing automation platforms
- Basic SEO and content optimization
- Project management tools
- A/B testing and CRO mindset
- Agency-side experience
- BI or dashboard tools (Power BI)
